Pastor Arizona White humbly pursues her purpose daily as a mother, a business professional, entrepreneur, life and business coach, servant leader, and licensed and ordained Minister of the Gospel. She passionately lives out her unique calling to Inspire, Empower, Equip and Transform lives in the marketplace and in ministry. She is gifted to help others identify their God-given purpose, and helps them cultivate their skills and gifts to operate in their calling.
Arizona is a two-time graduate of Wesleyan College, where she earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration. She also graduated from the GA Academy for Economic Development, Leadership Macon, and New Town Macon’s Developer’s Academy. She is a licensed real estate broker, and has earned several other real estate designations to include, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Short-sale and Foreclosure Resource, and Military Relocation Professional, as well as a licensed health, life and accident insurance agent.
The consummate professional, Arizona is the Broker/Owner of Gateway Realty and Insurance Professionals, Gateway Management Group, a marketing and business development firm, The Virtuous Woman Boutique (Equipping the Proverbs 31 Woman), and has created The Virtuous Woman Planner and The Anchor Planner, an all-in-one life organizational system designed to help people stream-line their daily activities in order to achieve their life’s goals.
She is the founder of The Phoenix Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering, educating, and inspiring individuals, and she is the visionary behind “Divas, Diamonds and Pearls Women’s Conference, the “Out of the Ashes” Conference, the "Women Who Lead" Honors Brunch, the Victory Academy STEAM Summer Camp, and The Heart of The Matter.
She is an active member of the community, where she has served in various leadership roles: President of Macon Professional Women’s Sertoma Club, Vice Chair of the Advisory Board for Central Georgia Technical College’s Adult Literacy Program, Career Women’s Network, ambassador with the Greater Macon Chamber of Commerce, two terms as the President of the Greater Macon Women’s Council of REALTORS, and two terms as the Chairperson of the Middle GA Association of REALTOR’s Affordable Housing Committee. She was the recipient of the 2016 Middle GA Association of REALTORS Community Service Award, and the 2016
Central High School Young Alumni of the Year, Arizona Was named to Macon Magazine’s 5 under 40 for 2018, and was featured in Wesleyan College’s Wesleyanne Magazine for her work in the community.
Arizona currently serves on the board of directors for Community Partnership, Campus Clubs of Middle Georgia, The East Macon Credit Union, and is President of the L. H. Williams Advisory Council. She is the Chairperson of Pan African Festival of Georgia. Arizona White currently serves as the Executive Pastor at Victory Church of Macon. Arizona is a dynamic leader, a skilled speaker and trainer, a talented business professional, a devout Christian, and a humble powerhouse.
